Charging the Striketek Lure

Charging the lure is extremely easy. Attach the alligator clips as pictured with the red clip on the tow point and the black on the first hook. It takes about 20 minutes to charge the lure from flat and testing has shown it lasts many hours on a single charge.

Use the included 5V USB charger (no higher than 5V).

Connect red (+) and black (–) alligator clips as pictured. The production version of the lure will look a lot cleaner and crystal clear, unlike our prototypes shown in images and videos.

The status LED will glow red while charging and go turn off when fully charged. Charging will take about 30 minutes from completely flat. It has a built in battery charging circuit that will also ensure it is safe even if connected wrong. It cannot be overcharged or depleted more than it should thanks to smart battery management included in the PCB design.

Keep clips dry; charge out of water on a non-conductive surface.
